All uptown arts institutions are open tomorrow night, October 27, for FREE from 6-9 p.m. during the Uptown Crawl. Organized by Center City Partners, this event provides free venue-to-venue transport and a once in a blue moon opportunity to visit these organizations while paying absolutely nothing.
